Burial site marked by a cross on a two-stage plinth and two-stage base. Cross on plinth, stylised as a tree trunk. At the intersection of the arms a bas-relief heart burning in a wreath of leaves tied with a ribbon from below. Base steps with chamfered upper edges. The first step of the plinth with chamfered upper edges. On the front wall, an engraved frame with corner decoration in the form of quarter-circle cut-outs, within which are circles. An engraved inscription in the frame. The second step of the plinth tapers upwards, terminating in a simplified beam. On the front wall a bas-relief tondo, in it a portrait of the Virgin Mary, roses below.
