Tombstone of Jan Buczkowski

Burial site originally marked by a statue of St John of Nepomuk on a two-stage plinth and two-stage base. Statue on its own base. The saint depicted frontally, headless. He is dressed in priestly garb and holds a cross in his hands. The first step of the plinth with chamfered upper edges. In front a panel with quarter-circle chamfered corners, in which an engraved inscription. The second step of the pedestal covered with a profiled panel, edged with a band of triangles. On the front a glazed panel, in it an irregular plaque, decorated in the upper part with a lily motif. On the plaque, a carved laurel wreath and an open book. Above the plaque, a glazed panel with relief geometric decoration. On the side walls of the pedestal, panels with rectangular blank plaques.
