Burial place originally marked by cross on plinth, banded coffin lid and base. Cross not preserved. Plinth with 1/3 height profiled sides, closed with a sectional arch carving. On the front an engraved inscription.

Ś + P / JAN / BUDREWJCZ / UR. 15 SIERP. 1851 R. / ZM. 2 LIPCA 1920 R. / Pokój Jego / Duszy. //.
