Tombstone of Jan and Jakub Lak

Burial site originally marked by a cross on a plinth, on a two-stage base and two-stage plinth. Cross perpetuated, leaning against the plinth. At the intersection of the arms of the cross a relief carved figure of Christ crucified, the feet perpetuated. From the top a titulus with the inscription INRI. The edges of the cross bevelled with protuberances. Second step of base with chamfered upper edges. The first step of the pedestal with a relief carved open book, on the pages of which, from the left, inscription (1) and (2). Above, an engraved cross. The upper edges bevelled. On the front side of the second tier is a panel with a bas-relief chalice with a host surmounted by two palm branches surmounted by a sash at the bottom, where an inscription is engraved (3). On the left side of the pedestal, a panel surmounted by a flat arch, with a relief carved male figure in the attire of a bishop, holding a cross in his hands. On the right-hand side, a panel topped by a flat arch, with a bas-relief relief of a male figure, long robes, his hands bent at the elbows holding a palm branch. Covered by a wider panel and gabled roof. An iron bar is visible from the top.
