The burial place is marked by a gravestone on a base, at the head of which is an obelisk on a two-stepped pedestal and base. On the obelisk, from above a relief carved cross, under which two oval photographs in profiled frames. The left photograph shows a middle-aged woman in a dark dress with a high stand-up collar. Dark hair, sleek hairstyle with middle parting, serious expression. The right photograph shows an older man with a grey moustache, wearing a dark jacket with a high white collar sticking out from underneath. Grey hair, combed to the right side, high forehead, serious expression. Both shots are frontal. Below a relief carved palm branch. The first step of the plinth with chamfered upper edges. On the front, an engraved frame in the form of a plaque with earlobes, on which is an engraved inscription. Second step of plinth with moulded top edges.

Inwentaryzacja cmentarzy dawnego powiatu buczackiego wykonana została w latach 2021-2022 9 przez zespół specjalistów z Instytutu Historii Sztuki Uniwersytetu Kardynała Stefana Wyszyńskiego w Warszawie i Muzeum Narodowego w Warszawie w składzie dr Paweł Drabarczyk vel Grabarczyk, dr. Bartłomiej Gutowski (kierownik projektu), dr Magdalena Olszewska dr Magdalena Tarnowska. Materiał opracowany został w formie kart ewidencyjnych obiektów zabytkowych i opublikowany w katalogu Instyttutu Polonika. Dokumentacja obejmuje wszystkie nagrobki związane z polskim dziedzictwem kulturowym (przede wszystkim rozstrzygający jest napis w języku polskim) powstałe przed 1945 rokiem.
