Burial site marked by cross on two-stage plinth and base. Cross on plinth. At the intersection of the arms the mount is visible after the figure of Christ, above the titulus. The first step of the plinth with moulded upper edges. On the front an engraved inscription (1). The second step of the pedestal tapering upwards, covered with a moulded panel with acroterions and pinnacles ending in an arch carving into a donkey's back. On the front an engraved inscription (2).

1. Stroskana Żona po stracie / najukochańszego Męża / tę pamiątkę poświęca! / i prosi o westchnienie / do Boga. //.
2. Pokój zwłokom / S. P. / Jana / JANOWICZA / zm. Sierp. 7 d. / 1875 r. / wieku lat 37. //.
