Tombstone of Jan Krzemień

Burial site marked by a cross on a two-stepped plinth and two-stepped base. Straight cross with its own plinth with chamfered upper edges. At the intersection of the arms a figure of the crucified Christ, above it a titulus. The first step of the pedestal with chamfered upper edges, an inscription engraved on the front. The second step surmounted by a simplified beam, on the front a shallow carved niche closed with an arch in a donkey's back. Inside the niche the figure of St John with a cross in his right hand and a book in his left.

Inwentaryzacja cmentarzy dawnego powiatu buczackiego wykonana została w latach 2021-2022 9 przez zespół specjalistów z Instytutu Historii Sztuki Uniwersytetu Kardynała Stefana Wyszyńskiego w Warszawie i Muzeum Narodowego w Warszawie w składzie dr Paweł Drabarczyk vel Grabarczyk, dr. Bartłomiej Gutowski (kierownik projektu), dr Magdalena Olszewska dr Magdalena Tarnowska. Materiał opracowany został w formie kart ewidencyjnych obiektów zabytkowych i opublikowany w katalogu Instyttutu Polonika. Dokumentacja obejmuje wszystkie nagrobki związane z polskim dziedzictwem kulturowym (przede wszystkim rozstrzygający jest napis w języku polskim) powstałe przed 1945 rokiem.
