Burial place marked by two tombstones, at the head of which is a cross on a two-stage base and two-stage plinth. Cross on a double plinth. The arms with chamfered edges with protuberances. In front relief carved figure of Christ. The first step of the pedestal finished with moulding, the second step of the pedestal with chamfered upper edges. On the front, an engraved inscription.

Tu spoczywa / JAN / [...]OCHOWSKI / [żył] lat 52 / umarł 9/7 1925. [//.]
