Tombstone of Jerzy and Wiktoria Bliszczuk

The burial site marked by a cross on a plinth and two-stage base. Cross edged with fluting, widening downwards, framed by half-rails, with arms ending in a trillium form. At the intersection of the arms an engraved cross with a gloria. Below and at the ends of the arms carved convex rosettes. On the cross at the back, at the ends of the arms and at their intersection relief carved rosettes. The plinth tapering upwards, covered with narrower moulded panels. On the front a panel closed with a flattened three-leaved overhanging arch. In it an engraved inscription.

Inwentaryzacja cmentarzy dawnego powiatu buczackiego wykonana została w latach 2021-2022 9 przez zespół specjalistów z Instytutu Historii Sztuki Uniwersytetu Kardynała Stefana Wyszyńskiego w Warszawie i Muzeum Narodowego w Warszawie w składzie dr Paweł Drabarczyk vel Grabarczyk, dr. Bartłomiej Gutowski (kierownik projektu), dr Magdalena Olszewska dr Magdalena Tarnowska. Materiał opracowany został w formie kart ewidencyjnych obiektów zabytkowych i opublikowany w katalogu Instyttutu Polonika. Dokumentacja obejmuje wszystkie nagrobki związane z polskim dziedzictwem kulturowym (przede wszystkim rozstrzygający jest napis w języku polskim) powstałe przed 1945 rokiem.
