The burial place marked by an irregular stele, on which an inscription is engraved on the front. The gravestone, together with memorial no. 049, enclosed by a fence consisting of cylindrical pedestals originally connected by a cast iron bar.

S. + P. / Jerzy / MARKOWSKI / zm. 13 Sierp. 1871 r. / wieku lat 42 / Stroskana Żona z dziećmi / tę pamiątkę poświęcają / Boże zbaw Jego dusze //.
