The burial site marked by a weeping figure with a cross stylised as a tree trunk on a high plinth in the form of a pile of stones. The figure leans against the cross with her back and her left hand in which she holds a poppy. The weeper is dressed in a long flowing gown tied at the waist. She covers her face with her right hand. Her hair is long and loose. On the pedestal at the front a plaque enclosed by volutes. In the upper part there is an oval space for a photograph. In the lower relief a carved palm leaf with flowers, above an engraved inscription.

Inwentaryzacja cmentarzy dawnego powiatu buczackiego wykonana została w latach 2021-2022 9 przez zespół specjalistów z Instytutu Historii Sztuki Uniwersytetu Kardynała Stefana Wyszyńskiego w Warszawie i Muzeum Narodowego w Warszawie w składzie dr Paweł Drabarczyk vel Grabarczyk, dr. Bartłomiej Gutowski (kierownik projektu), dr Magdalena Olszewska dr Magdalena Tarnowska. Materiał opracowany został w formie kart ewidencyjnych obiektów zabytkowych i opublikowany w katalogu Instyttutu Polonika. Dokumentacja obejmuje wszystkie nagrobki związane z polskim dziedzictwem kulturowym (przede wszystkim rozstrzygający jest napis w języku polskim) powstałe przed 1945 rokiem.
