Tombstone of Józef and Marcin Niewiadomy

Burial place marked by a simple cross on a plinth, four-stage plinth and two-stage base. The first and second steps of the plinth decorated with glazing. On the third step of the pedestal at the front an inscription is carved (1). On the fourth step of the pedestal a panel enclosed with a semicircular arch with the figure of Saint Martin. He is portrayed frontally, wearing pontifical robes, with a mitre and a pastoral in his right hand. His left hand is held up to his chest in a gesture of blessing. Below the panel, an engraved inscription (2).

Inwentaryzacja cmentarzy dawnego powiatu buczackiego wykonana została w latach 2021-2022 9 przez zespół specjalistów z Instytutu Historii Sztuki Uniwersytetu Kardynała Stefana Wyszyńskiego w Warszawie i Muzeum Narodowego w Warszawie w składzie dr Paweł Drabarczyk vel Grabarczyk, dr. Bartłomiej Gutowski (kierownik projektu), dr Magdalena Olszewska dr Magdalena Tarnowska. Materiał opracowany został w formie kart ewidencyjnych obiektów zabytkowych i opublikowany w katalogu Instyttutu Polonika. Dokumentacja obejmuje wszystkie nagrobki związane z polskim dziedzictwem kulturowym (przede wszystkim rozstrzygający jest napis w języku polskim) powstałe przed 1945 rokiem.
