A gravestone marked by a headstone, at the head of which is a statue of St Joseph on a two-tier plinth and two-tier base. St Joseph holds a book in his left hand and a flower branch in his right. He is dressed in a long ruffled robe and cloak, bare feet visible. First step of pedestal with moulded upper edges. Engraved inscription to the front. Second step of plinth with simplified beam consisting of architrave and cornice, covered by wider moulded panel. On the front a panel enclosed by a full arch, with a bas-relief figure of Eve reaching with her right hand for an apple hanging from a tree branch with a serpent. Eve with long hair, girded by a plant branch. The first and second steps of the base glazed, with chamfered side edges.

Inwentaryzacja cmentarzy dawnego powiatu zbaraskiego rozpoczęta została w roku 2019 przez zespół z Instytutu Historii Sztuki Uniwersytetu Kardynała Stefana Wyszyńskiego w Warszawie pod kierunkiem prof. Anny Sylwii Czyż i dr. Bartłomieja Gutowskiego. Ze względu na pandemię COViD, a następnie działania wojenne prace od roku 2020 zostały wstrzymane. Materiał opracowany został w formie kart ewidencyjnych obiektów zabytkowych i w formie kart inwentaryzacyjnych w katalogu on-line - http://cmentarzetarnopolskie.uksw.edu.pl/. Dokumentacja obejmuje wszystkie nagrobki związane z polskim dziedzictwem kulturowym (przede wszystkim rozstrzygający jest napis w języku polskim) powstałe przed 1945 rokiem.
