Burial site originally marked by a cast-iron cross on a rock-shaped plinth and base. The cross is not preserved. On the plinth at the front a plaque in the form of an unfolded scroll framed by bas-relief ivy, within which is an engraved inscription.

Ś. P. / JÓZEFA z SADOWSKICH / NOWICKA / + 4 MAJA 1882 R. / WIEKU LAT 86 / BOŻE ZBAW JEJ DUSZE //.
