Burial place marked by an irregular stele on a base with a concrete mantle. On the stele an oval panel with a bas-relief cross, below an engraved inscription.

Tu spoczywają zwłoki / s. p. Józefy z Leszczyńskich / ZWIEROWICZOWEJ / zm. 4 lutego 1888 r. / wieku lat 68 / Wieczne odpocznienie racz jej dać Panie. //.

According to Waclaw Wejtka's file, there was also a wooden cross here with a tin plaque bearing the inscription: S + P. / Ze Zwierowiczów / Walerja / Chrzanowska / Died 25. VI. 1932 / at the age of 80 / Peace to Her Soul //. Three stele and a cross (not preserved) originally enclosed by an iron fence.
