Burial site marked by a stele on a base and two-stage plinth and a double tombstone. The stele framed on two sides by tapering cuboids. On the front of the stele there is a panel in which a plaque with an engraved inscription filled in with black paint. Above the inscription an engraved cross.

Juzef KISZKA / * 4. 11. 1865 / + 30.11.1930 / i wnuczka / Amalie SIĄKAŁÓVNA / * 10.11. 1919 / + 18. 3. 1930 / Z Bogiem //.
