Burial site marked by a stele enclosed by a concrete mantle, framed by a band. The stele is closed with a segment of a straight arch. Engraved cross on front, engraved inscription below. On the left a cast-iron bench.

In the file of Wacław Wejtka, under the letter O, card number 66, dated 1936. According to the file, the location of the gravestone is sector "A1, row I, from the entrance, no. 18." In the description of the gravestone, the annotation "a large granite boulder, surrounded by iron bars".
