The burial site marked by a cast-iron cross on a two-stage plinth and two-stage base. Openwork cross, with slatted arms ending in a carving of an arch into a donkey's back. At the base of the cross a cast-iron oval plaque with a stamped inscription surrounded by oval floral decoration. First step of plinth with moulded upper edges. The second step of the plinth surmounted by a wider plate passing into a hipped canopy.

Inwentaryzacja cmentarzy dawnego powiatu buczackiego wykonana została w latach 2021-2022 9 przez zespół specjalistów z Instytutu Historii Sztuki Uniwersytetu Kardynała Stefana Wyszyńskiego w Warszawie i Muzeum Narodowego w Warszawie w składzie dr Paweł Drabarczyk vel Grabarczyk, dr. Bartłomiej Gutowski (kierownik projektu), dr Magdalena Olszewska dr Magdalena Tarnowska. Materiał opracowany został w formie kart ewidencyjnych obiektów zabytkowych i opublikowany w katalogu Instyttutu Polonika. Dokumentacja obejmuje wszystkie nagrobki związane z polskim dziedzictwem kulturowym (przede wszystkim rozstrzygający jest napis w języku polskim) powstałe przed 1945 rokiem.
