Burial place marked by a two-stage gravestone, on a two-stage base. The first step of the slab rusticated. On the slab a relief carved enclosed priest with palm branch and rosary in the form of an overlap, the whole tied with a cord. On the priest, a cross carved from the top, above (1) and below (2) an engraved inscription.

Inscription:

1. Uwielbiaj duszo moja . sław[ę] Pana swego... //.

2. Katarzyna / KAROL / † [9]/VII 19[3]5 / żyła 65 lat. //.

Inwentaryzacja cmentarzy dawnego powiatu buczackiego wykonana została w latach 2021-2022 9 przez zespół specjalistów z Instytutu Historii Sztuki Uniwersytetu Kardynała Stefana Wyszyńskiego w Warszawie i Muzeum Narodowego w Warszawie w składzie dr Paweł Drabarczyk vel Grabarczyk, dr. Bartłomiej Gutowski (kierownik projektu), dr Magdalena Olszewska dr Magdalena Tarnowska. Materiał opracowany został w formie kart ewidencyjnych obiektów zabytkowych i opublikowany w katalogu Instyttutu Polonika. Dokumentacja obejmuje wszystkie nagrobki związane z polskim dziedzictwem kulturowym (przede wszystkim rozstrzygający jest napis w języku polskim) powstałe przed 1945 rokiem.
