Buczacz City Cemetery

Burial place marked with cross on plinth and base, in band. Chamfered cross, with mouldings, on a low plinth. At the intersection of the arms a glazed cross with arms ending in a trilliform, above a relief titulus. The base is glazed. The plinth with profiled upper edges. On the front an engraved frame with quarter-circle chamfered upper corners, with an engraved inscription.

Inscription:

TU / SPOCZYWAJĄ / KAZIMNIESZ / I MARJA / BANACH / Z FIAŁKOSKICH / PROSZĄ / O MODLITWĘ //.
