Burial site originally marked by cast iron cross on obelisk, plinth and base. Cross not preserved, on plinth. On the obelisk at the front an oval photographic opening framed by engraved olive branches, below an engraved inscription. The plinth with chamfered upper edges. The whole originally preceded by a band (fragment preserved).

According to the file of Lucjan Uziębła, in front of the gravestone there was a band in the form of a coffin lid with the inscription: S. P. / Stanisław / Pikielski / Ochotnik 217 p. ułanów W. P. / Śpij Stasieńku w ciemnym grobie / niech się Polska przyśni Tobie / Od siostry Jadzi //. In Wacław Wejtka's card file, under the letter P, card number 155, dated 1936. According to the file, the location of the gravestone is sector "E, VII row N11, parallel to N10; from the boundary E1, towards catacombs C". Next to the description of the gravestone, the annotation: 'On the cement inscription: Stanislaw Pikielski (ins. is in base). Granite memorial with cross above the cementite on which is the inscription".
