Additional information:

In 2004, on the initiative of the Main Board of the Union of Poles in Lithuania, the tombstone was renovated. Probably at that time a plaque was created. According to a plan of the cemetery from the turn of the 1950s/60s, as well as on the basis of a photograph (photo 75) included in a publication by Edmund Małachowicz, Cmentarz na Rosie in Vilnius, Warsaw 1993, it is possible to determine the original form of the tombstone - as a concrete band. We know from Śnieżka's account that there was also a wooden cross with a tin plaque.
