Miejsce pochówku oznaczone płytą, u wezgłowia której krzyż na własnym cokoliku. Krzyż ażurowy, w jego polu stylizowany ornament roślinny. Ramiona krzyża zakończone prosto, z guzkami. Na przecięciu ramion rozeta, poniżej której tabliczka z grawerowaną inskrypcją. Cokolik o ściętych górnych krawędziach.
