Tombstone originally marked by a cross on a two-stage plinth, on a base and high foundation. Cross not preserved, on plinth. The first step of the plinth with chamfered upper edges, on the front a panel with rounded edge carving, chalice, host on a book, below which a stole and cross, below which a relief inscription. The second step of the plinth topped with a gable. On the front a panel with rounded edge carving of the lower edges and with a bas-relief inscription.
