Burial site originally marked by a cast iron cross on an irregular stele framed by a concrete mantle, and on a base. The cross is not preserved. On the stele at the front an engraved inscription.

Tu spoczywa w Bogu / LEON / PUSŁOWSKI / Um. 19 Mar. 1894 r. / w wieku lat 42. / Okaż Panie miłosierdzie / duszy jego. //.

Additional information:

In Wacław Wejtka's card file, under the letter Po, card number 141, dated 1936. According to the file, the old location of the gravestone is sector "B1, 2nd row, N9, from wall D towards boundary B". Next to the description of the gravestone there is a note that the gravestone is "with an iron cross".

State of preservation:

corrosion, mosses, lichens, cavities, non-maintained finial
