On a square base, a pedestal on a stepped base with countersign, surmounted above the countersign by a cover protruding beyond the light, on each side of which are tympanums, on the corners of which are acroterions, possibly originally surmounted by a cross (or an urn - a trace of its attachment), on the walls of the pedestal, countersigned panels in which inscription plaques are fixed with four bronze buttons. The grave site is surrounded by an iron fence, of which a fragment embedded in a tree remains. Inscriptions: on the front of the pedestal on a marble tablet in a panel (1), on the back of the pedestal on a marble tablet in a panel (2), on the right side of the pedestal on a marble tablet in a panel (3).

Louis Faliner, died 27 March 1827, buried in the tomb of AMP MD, div. 18, no. 108, as recorded in the ledger (AB, SG). The grave contains a grave slab measuring 2.07 x 1.09 m (2.26 m²), No. 29246, concession No. 5375, purchased on 28 March 1827 by Stanislas Janicki (resident at 17 rue de Maçons), with a right of perpetual use.
