Burial site originally marked by a cross on a two-stage plinth and two-stage base. A perpetuated cross lies beside it. Cross on its own octagonal base. On the cross a relief carved figure of Christ. First step of plinth with moulded upper edges. On the front wall an engraved frame with quarter saints' corners. In it an engraved inscription. Second step of plinth enclosed by simplified beam, covered by hipped roof. On the wall an engraved oval frame. In it a relief figure of Mary.

Inwentaryzacja cmentarzy dawnego powiatu zbaraskiego rozpoczęta została w roku 2019 przez zespół z Instytutu Historii Sztuki Uniwersytetu Kardynała Stefana Wyszyńskiego w Warszawie pod kierunkiem prof. Anny Sylwii Czyż i dr. Bartłomieja Gutowskiego. Ze względu na pandemię COViD, a następnie działania wojenne prace od roku 2020 zostały wstrzymane. Materiał opracowany został w formie kart ewidencyjnych obiektów zabytkowych i w formie kart inwentaryzacyjnych w katalogu on-line - http://cmentarzetarnopolskie.uksw.edu.pl/. Dokumentacja obejmuje wszystkie nagrobki związane z polskim dziedzictwem kulturowym (przede wszystkim rozstrzygający jest napis w języku polskim) powstałe przed 1945 rokiem.
