The burial site marked by a cross on its own two-stepped plinth, three-stepped pea-glazed base and three-stepped plinth. Cross stylised as a tree trunk, with a relief carved figure of Christ Crucified at the intersection of the cross arms. Above, an oval panel. The first step of the pedestal with chamfered corners with added geometrical elements. The third step of the pedestal with chamfered upper edges, the first step of the pedestal glazed, finished identically. Second step of pedestal with engraved inscription to front. The third step of the pedestal with pyramidal forms on the edges.

Inwentaryzacja cmentarzy dawnego powiatu buczackiego wykonana została w latach 2021-2022 9 przez zespół specjalistów z Instytutu Historii Sztuki Uniwersytetu Kardynała Stefana Wyszyńskiego w Warszawie i Muzeum Narodowego w Warszawie w składzie dr Paweł Drabarczyk vel Grabarczyk, dr. Bartłomiej Gutowski (kierownik projektu), dr Magdalena Olszewska dr Magdalena Tarnowska. Materiał opracowany został w formie kart ewidencyjnych obiektów zabytkowych i opublikowany w katalogu Instyttutu Polonika. Dokumentacja obejmuje wszystkie nagrobki związane z polskim dziedzictwem kulturowym (przede wszystkim rozstrzygający jest napis w języku polskim) powstałe przed 1945 rokiem.
