Tombstone of Marcin Podhajecki

Strusów | Ukraine

Burial place marked by cross on two-stepped plinth and two-stepped base. Cross on moulded plinth. At the intersection of the arms a relief carved crown of thorns. The base is glazed. The first step of the plinth with profiled upper edges. The second step of the pedestal covered with a hipped roof with semicircular peaks, in each of them an engraved inscription: front (1), right (2), back (3), left (4). The plinth at the bottom is flanked on four sides by gabled panels. On the front an engraved inscription (5). The whole is surrounded by a band.
