Burial site marked by a cross on a plinth and two-stage base. Cross with arms ending in a carving of a zigzag arch, on a plinth. At the intersection of the arms a figure of Christ in relief, above a titulus. The plinth with profiled upper edges. On the front an engraved frame with a small relief, in it an engraved inscription.

TU / SPOCZYWa / MARCIN / TOROŃCZAK / RODZ. 1854 / ZMARŁ 1921 / WIECZNY / ODPOCZYNEK //.
