The burial place is marked by a gravestone, at the head of which is the figure of an angel with a cross stylised as a tree trunk on a plinth in the form of a pile of stones. The angel's left hand supports the cross, in his right hand he holds a rose wreath tied with a ribbon. He is dressed in a robe slung over his left shoulder. Visible wings, bare feet. On the front of the pedestal relief carved oak leaves, below a plaque in the form of an unfolded scroll, with an engraved inscription.

Inscription:

Tu spi snem [wieczn]ym / MARIAN RYSZARD / najukochańszy synek / JOZEFA i ANNY / KORYTÓW / 14. VIII. 1929 + 14. VII. 1932 / Prosi o Anioł Pański //.
