Burial site marked by a statue of an unknown saint (Virgin Mary?) on a two-stage plinth and two-stage base. Figure on its own base. Woman in standing pose, wearing long robes and a mantle over her shoulders, with her hands folded in a gesture of prayer. The first step of the plinth with moulded upper edges. An engraved inscription to the front. The second step of the pedestal is high, profiled into a wider panel with chamfered upper edges. On the front there is an oval panel with a relief of an unknown saint. The woman is depicted up to her knees, wearing long robes, with a veil on her head falling to her shoulders and her hands folded on her chest.

Inwentaryzacja cmentarzy dawnego powiatu buczackiego wykonana została w latach 2021-2022 9 przez zespół specjalistów z Instytutu Historii Sztuki Uniwersytetu Kardynała Stefana Wyszyńskiego w Warszawie i Muzeum Narodowego w Warszawie w składzie dr Paweł Drabarczyk vel Grabarczyk, dr. Bartłomiej Gutowski (kierownik projektu), dr Magdalena Olszewska dr Magdalena Tarnowska. Materiał opracowany został w formie kart ewidencyjnych obiektów zabytkowych i opublikowany w katalogu Instyttutu Polonika. Dokumentacja obejmuje wszystkie nagrobki związane z polskim dziedzictwem kulturowym (przede wszystkim rozstrzygający jest napis w języku polskim) powstałe przed 1945 rokiem.
