Burial place marked by a statue of the Virgin and Child on a two-stepped plinth and base. The figure on its own base, the Virgin with a crown on her head, wearing a long robe with a mantle fastened with a brooch, she holds a child in her left hand and holds a sceptre in her right hand. The first step of the plinth with moulded upper edges. The second step of the plinth covered by a moulded panel with a hipped roof. On the front an engraved inscription.

Inwentaryzacja cmentarzy dawnego powiatu zbaraskiego rozpoczęta została w roku 2019 przez zespół z Instytutu Historii Sztuki Uniwersytetu Kardynała Stefana Wyszyńskiego w Warszawie pod kierunkiem prof. Anny Sylwii Czyż i dr. Bartłomieja Gutowskiego. Ze względu na pandemię COViD, a następnie działania wojenne prace od roku 2020 zostały wstrzymane. Materiał opracowany został w formie kart ewidencyjnych obiektów zabytkowych i w formie kart inwentaryzacyjnych w katalogu on-line - http://cmentarzetarnopolskie.uksw.edu.pl/. Dokumentacja obejmuje wszystkie nagrobki związane z polskim dziedzictwem kulturowym (przede wszystkim rozstrzygający jest napis w języku polskim) powstałe przed 1945 rokiem.
