Burial site originally marked by cast-iron cross on column, plinth and two-stage base. Cross lost, not preserved. Second and third steps of base with chamfered top edges. Plinth of isosceles hexagon cross section. On the front (1), on the left (4) and two right sides (2 and 3) inscriptions engraved. The hexagonal column, covered by a wider moulded panel. On each side stepped panels with motifs alluding to the wimperga motif.

Inwentaryzacja cmentarzy dawnego powiatu zbaraskiego rozpoczęta została w roku 2019 przez zespół z Instytutu Historii Sztuki Uniwersytetu Kardynała Stefana Wyszyńskiego w Warszawie pod kierunkiem prof. Anny Sylwii Czyż i dr. Bartłomieja Gutowskiego. Ze względu na pandemię COViD, a następnie działania wojenne prace od roku 2020 zostały wstrzymane. Materiał opracowany został w formie kart ewidencyjnych obiektów zabytkowych i w formie kart inwentaryzacyjnych w katalogu on-line - http://cmentarzetarnopolskie.uksw.edu.pl/. Dokumentacja obejmuje wszystkie nagrobki związane z polskim dziedzictwem kulturowym (przede wszystkim rozstrzygający jest napis w języku polskim) powstałe przed 1945 rokiem.
