Tombstone of Maria and Witold Bortkiewicz

Burial place originally marked by a cross on a two-stepped plinth and two-stepped base. Cross on moulded plinth, not preserved. Second step of base with chamfered upper edges. First step of plinth with moulded upper edges, with engraved inscription to front (1). Second step of pedestal with shallow medallion on top, engraved inscription below (2). To the right and left another engraved inscription (3,4).
