Burial place marked by a statue of Our Lady of Immaculata on a two-stepped base and two-stepped plinth. Virgin in forntal view, long mantle dress, maforium on head. Hands folded. The figure stands on a globe, trampling a serpent with her foot. Figure on its own base. Second step of base with chamfered upper edges, grosgrain face. The first step of the plinth covered by a wider moulded panel. From the fornt, an engraved inscription. The second step of the pedestal covered with a wider profiled panel. From the fornt, a convex carved heart with a cross at the top, framed by a palm wreath with a sash at the bottom. To the left, a figure of Christ in a long robe, his hands embracing a burning heart.

Inwentaryzacja cmentarzy dawnego powiatu buczackiego wykonana została w latach 2021-2022 9 przez zespół specjalistów z Instytutu Historii Sztuki Uniwersytetu Kardynała Stefana Wyszyńskiego w Warszawie i Muzeum Narodowego w Warszawie w składzie dr Paweł Drabarczyk vel Grabarczyk, dr. Bartłomiej Gutowski (kierownik projektu), dr Magdalena Olszewska dr Magdalena Tarnowska. Materiał opracowany został w formie kart ewidencyjnych obiektów zabytkowych i opublikowany w katalogu Instyttutu Polonika. Dokumentacja obejmuje wszystkie nagrobki związane z polskim dziedzictwem kulturowym (przede wszystkim rozstrzygający jest napis w języku polskim) powstałe przed 1945 rokiem.
