The burial site marked by a cast-iron statue of the personification of the Faith on a cast-iron plinth and a two-stage concrete base. A woman, in an antique robe, holds a cross and a chalice with the Host. Cast iron plinth with rectangular panel and moulded edges. Engraved inscription on the lower step of the base. The gravestone is surrounded by a concrete frame.
