Burial place marked by a cross on a two-stepped plinth and two-stepped base. Straight cross on pedestal, at the intersection of the arms a relief figure of Christ, above a flag-shaped titulus, with engraving: IN / RI //. Base with glazed sides. The first step of the pedestal with chamfered top edges and glazed sides. Second step of pedestal with rectangular uplift framed by gabled sides. On the front of the second step of the pedestal in a panel, repeating its shape, an engraved inscription.

Inwentaryzacja cmentarzy dawnego powiatu buczackiego wykonana została w latach 2021-2022 9 przez zespół specjalistów z Instytutu Historii Sztuki Uniwersytetu Kardynała Stefana Wyszyńskiego w Warszawie i Muzeum Narodowego w Warszawie w składzie dr Paweł Drabarczyk vel Grabarczyk, dr. Bartłomiej Gutowski (kierownik projektu), dr Magdalena Olszewska dr Magdalena Tarnowska. Materiał opracowany został w formie kart ewidencyjnych obiektów zabytkowych i opublikowany w katalogu Instyttutu Polonika. Dokumentacja obejmuje wszystkie nagrobki związane z polskim dziedzictwem kulturowym (przede wszystkim rozstrzygający jest napis w języku polskim) powstałe przed 1945 rokiem.
