Burial place marked by a stele on plinth and base. Stele with chamfered upper edges, covered by a narrower slab with a decorative cylinder set across the slab on which a cross is supported. Projecting in front of the face of the stele is a plaque with a rectangular relief, bearing the engraved inscription, 1. The pedestal with moulded upper edges. On the front with a rectangular uplift, in the central part, and a rectangular niche with engraved inscription 2. Base with chamfered upper edges.

Anny Sylwii Czyż i dr. Bartłomieja Gutowskiego. Materiał opracowany został w formie kart ewidencyjnych obiektów zabytkowych i opublikowany w książce "Cmentarze dawnego powiatu tarnopolskiego", t. 1 i 2, pod red. A. S. Czyż i B. Gutowskiego, Warszawa 2017-2019 roku. Karty inwentaryzacyjne opublikowane zostały w katalogu on-line - http://cmentarzetarnopolskie.uksw.edu.pl/. Dokumentacja obejmuje wszystkie nagrobki związane z polskim dziedzictwem kulturowym (przede wszystkim rozstrzygający jest napis w języku polskim) powstałe przed 1945 rokiem.
