Cmentarz w Złoczowie

Miejsce pochówku oznaczone krzyżem na własnym dwustopniowym cokoliku, trzystopniowym cokole i podstawie. Krzyż profilowany z wypustkami na przecięciu ramion, pierwszy stopień cokoliku o ściętych krawędziach górnych. Pierwszy i drugi stopień cokołu zwieńczone tożsamo. Trzeci stopień cokołu nakryty większą profilowaną płytą o ściętych krawędziach górnych, od frontu inskrypcja ryta.
