Burial site originally marked by a cross on a two-stage plinth and three-stage base. Cross perpetuated, upper and transverse arms leaning against gravestone. The arms of the cross terminating in a semicircle with half shafts, bevelled edges. At the intersection of the arms a medallion with a convex carved head of Christ in profile wearing a crown of thorns. The cross originally on its own pedestal, with chamfered upper edges. First step of plinth with chamfered upper edges. Second step of plinth with simplified beam, covered by hipped roof. Engraved inscription to the front. The third step of the base with chamfered upper edges.

Inwentaryzacja cmentarzy dawnego powiatu zbaraskiego rozpoczęta została w roku 2019 przez zespół z Instytutu Historii Sztuki Uniwersytetu Kardynała Stefana Wyszyńskiego w Warszawie pod kierunkiem prof. Anny Sylwii Czyż i dr. Bartłomieja Gutowskiego. Ze względu na pandemię COViD, a następnie działania wojenne prace od roku 2020 zostały wstrzymane. Materiał opracowany został w formie kart ewidencyjnych obiektów zabytkowych i w formie kart inwentaryzacyjnych w katalogu on-line - http://cmentarzetarnopolskie.uksw.edu.pl/. Dokumentacja obejmuje wszystkie nagrobki związane z polskim dziedzictwem kulturowym (przede wszystkim rozstrzygający jest napis w języku polskim) powstałe przed 1945 rokiem.
