Burial site marked by a statue of the Virgin and Child on a two-stage plinth and base. Statue on its own base. The Virgin Mary shown frontally with the child on her left arm. She supports it with her right hand. Child shown frontally, right hand resting on mother's shoulder, left hand supporting her knee. She is dressed in a long robe, wavy. A veil falls over her shoulders on her head. Second tier of plinth with simplified beam, covered by wider hipped roof. On the front an engraved frame with quarter chamfered upper corners with inscription.

Inwentaryzacja cmentarzy dawnego powiatu buczackiego wykonana została w latach 2021-2022 9 przez zespół specjalistów z Instytutu Historii Sztuki Uniwersytetu Kardynała Stefana Wyszyńskiego w Warszawie i Muzeum Narodowego w Warszawie w składzie dr Paweł Drabarczyk vel Grabarczyk, dr. Bartłomiej Gutowski (kierownik projektu), dr Magdalena Olszewska dr Magdalena Tarnowska. Materiał opracowany został w formie kart ewidencyjnych obiektów zabytkowych i opublikowany w katalogu Instyttutu Polonika. Dokumentacja obejmuje wszystkie nagrobki związane z polskim dziedzictwem kulturowym (przede wszystkim rozstrzygający jest napis w języku polskim) powstałe przed 1945 rokiem.
