Burial site marked by a figure of Christ in an arcade, on a pedestal and two-stage base. Full-plastic sculpture. Christ in slight contrapposto pointing to a burning heart on his chest. Dressed in a draped robe. With a youthful face, without facial hair. Above the sculpture crossed, two palm leaves. Arcade supported by two Tuscan columns. On the right-hand base the signature 'Moskaliuk'. Finial in the form of a gable with a broken, heavily moulded cornice, with acroterions at the corners and a central cone. The arcade is separated from the pedestal by a relief meander. The face of the pedestal is filled with a large, fractured plaque with a ritual inscription.

DOM / Śmiertelne szczątki Matki i córki pojednanych za życia / Z Bogiem kryje to [...] / Wiktorija z Galkiewiczów Maria [z] [...] / eszowskich / Krzysztofa Ga[lkiewicza] żona / + 7 lutego 1907 + listopada 1904 / W 54 roku życia w 26 roku życia //.
