The gravestone marked by a cross on a boulder. Cross on plinth bordered by a dodged border, with arms terminating in a donkey's back arch framed by rhomboidal caps. Originally, the figure of Christ fixed with remaining rivets. On the front, a panel in relief enclosed by a segmented arch with a rhotic inscription (typeface and italics).

Tu spoczywają zwłoki / S P / Mateusza / MAUCH / zm. 30 Augu. 1886 r. / w wieku lat 56 / ― / kochana żona z synem proszą / przechodnich o westchnienie do Boga //.
