Burial site marked by a statue on a base and two-stage plinth. Statue of Michael the Archangel with his head and right arm with a thwarted head. Figure in full-face view, facing frontally, on his own base. The saint dressed in knee-length robe, mantle and gladiatorial robes, holding a scale in his left hand. The first tier of the plinth decorated with an engraved frame with quarter-circle stylised lemon slice ornaments in the corners. The second tier of the pedestal repeats the first in its ornamentation, with a panel with a ritual inscription on the front, above it a cornice, kimation and a simplified beam, above which a quadrilateral panel with an inscribed tympanum decorated with fluting, acroterions on the sides.

Inwentaryzacja cmentarzy dawnego powiatu buczackiego wykonana została w latach 2021-2022 9 przez zespół specjalistów z Instytutu Historii Sztuki Uniwersytetu Kardynała Stefana Wyszyńskiego w Warszawie i Muzeum Narodowego w Warszawie w składzie dr Paweł Drabarczyk vel Grabarczyk, dr. Bartłomiej Gutowski (kierownik projektu), dr Magdalena Olszewska dr Magdalena Tarnowska. Materiał opracowany został w formie kart ewidencyjnych obiektów zabytkowych i opublikowany w katalogu Instyttutu Polonika. Dokumentacja obejmuje wszystkie nagrobki związane z polskim dziedzictwem kulturowym (przede wszystkim rozstrzygający jest napis w języku polskim) powstałe przed 1945 rokiem.
