Burial place marked by a statue of a saint on a two-stage plinth and base. Figure on its own base. The saint in counterpoint, depicted wearing a long dress and draped cloak. In her right hand she holds a cross, resting it on her shoulder. In her left hand she holds an open book. The first step of the plinth in the form of a moulded panel. Second step of plinth covered by moulded panel with hipped roof. On the front, a plaque with engraved inscription, inscription number 1. On the back wall, an engraved inscription, inscription number 2.

Inwentaryzacja cmentarzy dawnego powiatu zbaraskiego rozpoczęta została w roku 2019 przez zespół z Instytutu Historii Sztuki Uniwersytetu Kardynała Stefana Wyszyńskiego w Warszawie pod kierunkiem prof. Anny Sylwii Czyż i dr. Bartłomieja Gutowskiego. Ze względu na pandemię COViD, a następnie działania wojenne prace od roku 2020 zostały wstrzymane. Materiał opracowany został w formie kart ewidencyjnych obiektów zabytkowych i w formie kart inwentaryzacyjnych w katalogu on-line - http://cmentarzetarnopolskie.uksw.edu.pl/. Dokumentacja obejmuje wszystkie nagrobki związane z polskim dziedzictwem kulturowym (przede wszystkim rozstrzygający jest napis w języku polskim) powstałe przed 1945 rokiem.
