Chorostków | Ukraine

Burial place marked by a cross on a plinth. Cross with arms terminating in a trillium form, with symmetrical half shafts in the lower, wider part. At the intersection of the arms a relief figure of Christ, above a titulus, below a skull and tibias. Cross flanked by a groove. At the back on the arms, engraved rosettes; at the intersection of the arms, a smaller cross engraved. The plinth tapering upwards, with chamfered upper edges. On the front a panel with quarter-circle chamfered upper corners, in which is an engraved inscription.

Inwentaryzacja cmentarzy dawnego powiatu buczackiego wykonana została w latach 2021-2022 9 przez zespół specjalistów z Instytutu Historii Sztuki Uniwersytetu Kardynała Stefana Wyszyńskiego w Warszawie i Muzeum Narodowego w Warszawie w składzie dr Paweł Drabarczyk vel Grabarczyk, dr. Bartłomiej Gutowski (kierownik projektu), dr Magdalena Olszewska dr Magdalena Tarnowska. Materiał opracowany został w formie kart ewidencyjnych obiektów zabytkowych i opublikowany w katalogu Instyttutu Polonika. Dokumentacja obejmuje wszystkie nagrobki związane z polskim dziedzictwem kulturowym (przede wszystkim rozstrzygający jest napis w języku polskim) powstałe przed 1945 rokiem.
