Burial place marked by a stele on a pedestal and base in a band. The stele closed with a segmental arch enclosed on the sides with a lower part closed with a semicircle. On the stele an oval porcelain panel with a photograph. Below an engraved inscription. The photograph depicts a boy in close-up to the waist, head slightly ¾ to the right, short hair, wearing a coat with decorative clasp and collar. The base to the front and sides with convex cannelures. The plinth with chamfered top edges, in front of the stele a jardiniere.

Inwentaryzacja cmentarzy dawnego powiatu buczackiego wykonana została w latach 2021-2022 9 przez zespół specjalistów z Instytutu Historii Sztuki Uniwersytetu Kardynała Stefana Wyszyńskiego w Warszawie i Muzeum Narodowego w Warszawie w składzie dr Paweł Drabarczyk vel Grabarczyk, dr. Bartłomiej Gutowski (kierownik projektu), dr Magdalena Olszewska dr Magdalena Tarnowska. Materiał opracowany został w formie kart ewidencyjnych obiektów zabytkowych i opublikowany w katalogu Instyttutu Polonika. Dokumentacja obejmuje wszystkie nagrobki związane z polskim dziedzictwem kulturowym (przede wszystkim rozstrzygający jest napis w języku polskim) powstałe przed 1945 rokiem.
