Tombstone of Paulina and Stanislav Vladychko

The burial place is marked by a two-stage gravestone with a cross on a pedestal at its head. The pedestal has a panel on the front with circular cut corners and a relief inscription (1). On the second step of the tombstone, a similar panel with a glazed face and a relief inscription (2). The whole is framed by a two-stage concrete band.

According to Lucjan Uziębła's file, the gravestone had the form of a wooden cross with a tin plaque. According to Wacław Wejtko's file, dated 1936, there was a tin plate on the gravestone with an inscription concerning Stanislaw Władyczko. Wejtko provides information from the obituary: Wladyczko was a retired full professor of neurology, head of the Neurological Clinic, dean and vice-dean of the Faculty of Medicine of the Faculty of Stefan Batory University, member of the Committee for the Reconstruction of Vilnius University, Commander of the Rebirth of Poland, born 4. XI. 1878 in Kaunas, died in Vilnius on 18. VII. 1936. Information allows dating the plate after 1936.
