The burial place is marked by an obelisk on a two-tier pedestal and a two-tier base. On the obelisk, on the front a relief carved cross with arms ending in a trillium form, below an oval porcelain photograph of a young man. The figure is facing 3/4 to the right. The man, with smoothly combed dark hair, is dressed in a grammar school uniform. The photograph is framed from below by two carved oak branches tied with a ribbon. Below is an engraved inscription. The first step of the plinth with moulded upper edges. The second step of the pedestal slightly tapering towards the top, covered with a hipped roof. Both steps of the base decorated with glazing. The whole is enclosed by a fence consisting of eight pedestals connected by a cast iron bar. The fence is shared with gravestone no. 32.

Inwentaryzacja cmentarzy dawnego powiatu zbaraskiego rozpoczęta została w roku 2019 przez zespół z Instytutu Historii Sztuki Uniwersytetu Kardynała Stefana Wyszyńskiego w Warszawie pod kierunkiem prof. Anny Sylwii Czyż i dr. Bartłomieja Gutowskiego. Ze względu na pandemię COViD, a następnie działania wojenne prace od roku 2020 zostały wstrzymane. Materiał opracowany został w formie kart ewidencyjnych obiektów zabytkowych i w formie kart inwentaryzacyjnych w katalogu on-line - http://cmentarzetarnopolskie.uksw.edu.pl/. Dokumentacja obejmuje wszystkie nagrobki związane z polskim dziedzictwem kulturowym (przede wszystkim rozstrzygający jest napis w języku polskim) powstałe przed 1945 rokiem.
